Currently we were ordered to make a cake with a Bintang Beer Bottle on top of it. We made this cake for the birthday of Matthew. He likes very much Bintang Beer, a famous beer brand in Indonesia. We made this chocolate cake covered with fondant and for the bottle we made the cake out of role vanilla cake. The difficulty here is to make the decoration clean. Well you can see the result below.

We made the Bintang Logo with edible paper. The logo was printed with special edible ink. You can eat all part of the cake.

Somehow many of our customers like to have Bintang Beer logo on their cakes. So, we made the logo all on edible paper and printed with edible ink as shown below.
